Blue Tongue Management's involvement in the Australian music industry was established in 1996 during the creation and delivery of a three day multi cultural music and arts festival involving 36 bands, 3 dance companies, 20 street performers and 15 food vendors of indigenous and international cuisine along with an amazing art display.
For the next 14 years Blue Tongue Management established into a national event management, band management and tour logistics service complete with marketing, promotion, new music release, distribution and artist development capabilities.
Recently signing Queensland band Shadow Thieves and working in the development of Western Australian band BattleCat, Blue Tongue Management has partnered with national publicity company Catalyst Public Relations to develop a complete self management system for young artists which will be released late 2010.
