We are a highly experienced team and proudly hold deadly relationships with traditional owners, aboriginal land councils, individual performers, dance troupes and workshop facilitators from mobs across Australia including in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Perth and many regional centres.

The team a Blue Tongue Aboriginal Incursions hold a combined 50+ years experience intimately working with Aboriginal and Tores Strait Islander cultural faciliators.

Recent clients we have worked at include the FIFA Women's Worlds Cup, The Cricket World Cup and International One Day Cricket Games with KOJO. We have worked with The Education Sectors across Australia, The Wallabies, AFL Clubs, Rugby League clubs, Netball NSW, The Department of Premier and Cabinet NSW, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Tour De Cure for Childrens Cancer Research facilitating world class programs. Internationally Blue Tongue has toured aboriginal performers to Malta, Cyprus, Austria, Hungary, Laos, Nauru, Fiji and Singapore.

National Sorry Day

May 26th 2024 - We remember and acknowledge the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who were forcibly removed from their families and communities, which we now know as ‘The Stolen Generations’.

National Sorry Day is a day to acknowledge the strength of Stolen Generations Survivors and reflect on how we can all share in the healing process.

National NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia between the 7th - 14th July 2024, to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all Australians to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth. The Adelaide Plains is located in Kaurna Yerta (meaning Country) and the Peramangk people are the custodians of the Mount Barker region in the Adelaide hills.

Turrbal and Yuggera

Brisbane is home to the Turrbal and Yuggera peoples while the Gold Coast traditional owners ar the Yugambeh people. Kabi Kabi peoples and the Jinibara peoples belong to the Sunshine Coast.

Eora and Yuin Nations

The Eora Nation are custodians of the Greater Sydney region with Gadigal people custodians of Sydney city and central Sydney Harbour. The Yuin people are caretakers running down the soiuth coast of NSW

Wurundjeri Country

The Wurundjeri people are custodians of the Melbourne. The Wadawurrung live in the regions near Melboune down to Geelong along the penisula
